Job Summary
Establish new recipes/processes for new program/parts, conduct supplier audits, develop and maintain manufacturing operation level job instruction sheets, and inspection procedures.
Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion, and initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment.
Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback and participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs.
