Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years professional experience
5+ years AI/ML assurance or audit
IBM Watsonx Governance expertise
NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 knowledge
Python, SQL, and ML evaluation libraries
Nice-to-have
Experience in financial services or healthcare
Master's degree or PhD in AI Governance
Strong stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of EU AI Act and GDPR
Ability to translate technical findings for executives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years overall professional experience
5+ years in AI model development or audit functions
Certification in AI Governance or Data Ethics preferred
