Job Summary

  • The Team Leader is responsible for the safe execution of the Charles City production schedule in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • This role requires managing department performance, leading floor and lab operations, and ensuring effective utilization of the GMP process for all direct reports.
  • Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of 9CFR and EU regulations, along with demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals and teams.

  • Authorization to work in the US required
