  • Provide 24x7 support and management of incidents throughout incident lifecycle within a production environment.
  • Lead and coordinate the incident response team during critical service disruptions and manage the bridge call or incident war room.
  • Develop and maintain incident management procedures and playbooks, and recommend process improvements based on lessons learned.
