Must-have
Minimum 3 years luxury hotel sales experience
Previous Director of Sales experience required
Multi-property or shared-services environment experience
Strong leadership capability in luxury market
Willingness to travel including evenings weekends
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
Passion for service excellence
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Sound business judgment
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3-5 years hotel operational experience
Authorization to work in the United States
