Job Summary
The Portfolio Monitoring team is responsible for executing loan documentation and monitoring the performance of the loan portfolio, providing agency services on syndicated loans and managing all waivers and amendments.
PM is involved in the early stages of loan execution, including the structuring stage of a facility, and manages all transaction events once a loan transaction is closed.
As a first line of defense for credit quality, PM is also responsible for recommending involvement of the restructuring teams, if the case may be.
