Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior role
Fast-paced, high volume Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment
Forward planning and capacity management
Strategic and operational planning
Labour planning and workforce optimisation
Strong track record in people leadership
Working knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance frameworks
Strong commercial acumen
Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on leadership style
Excellent stakeholder management and industrial relations
