Job Summary
Work hand-in-hand with the Scout team to identify the right suppliers to build and supply parts & services, including participating in pre-sourcing audits to confirm acceptability of new suppliers.
Establish sourcing strategy, business plan (long term conditions) for assigned commodities and product groups, lead the sourcing process up to and including contract award for Exterior commodity purchasing to ensure the material cost and tooling targets are met or exceeded.
Manage supplier relationships and performance through key performance metrics.
