Job Summary
Manage manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Support and develop a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure consistent execution of production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement process improvements through Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Lean, and other methodologies while maintaining strict adherence to GMP, ISO, and safety standards.

Key Requirements
