RSM is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to implement the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management application suite for businesses across Canada. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT consulting and project portfolio management, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and other team members to provide analysis and documentation of ServiceNow SPM client implementations.
  • Design business processes to meet client goals and needs, and evaluate project and portfolio management business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge of project, portfolio, and agile management and enhancements to ServiceNow functionality, making recommendations on how they can be used to improve business processes.
