Job Summary

  • The Manager Protection is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring-evaluation of protection projects, including child protection, women's empowerment, and rule of law protection (RROL), in their area of competence, particularly in Birao.
  • Provide technical leadership and management for the Protection program in their area in accordance with best practices and IRC policy, ensuring robust case management, referral, and information management systems are in place.
  • Develop and maintain effective and efficient monitoring, support, quality control, and reporting systems and processes, ensuring the quality of IRC and donor reports on activities, indicators, and achievements within deadlines.
