Job Summary

• Work alongside the Regional Learning Delivery Management team for the planning, implementation and management of ILT/VILT delivery processes according to the new Learning Delivery Core Model and support the learning logistics administration.
• Coordinates the administrative organisation of training actions: Works closely with vendors & remote/virtual extended learning coordinators for successful implementation of the Learning Delivery Management Target Operating Model.
• Helps with the designing, development and implementation, monitoring and optimization of business training plans.
