Demonstrated experience planning and delivering events for diverse and inclusive athlete groups
Ability to stay calm, adaptable and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong understanding of Australia’s DE&I sports landscape and governance frameworks
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours
