Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of AV support
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly under pressure
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
