Base: $133,140.00 - $247,260.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays and sick time

Key Requirements
8+ years security risk experience
3+ years in risk management role
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA
4+ years managing and training staff
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
Proven communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
