Job Summary

  • Lead the overall success of plant operations pertaining to the satisfaction of team member safety, customer service levels and quality expectations including the supporting management of production, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement departments / initiatives.
  • Drive lean initiatives and be the main advocate for continuous improvement culture.
  • Participate and support HARPC, Food Safety, Food Defense, Internal Auditor, and Safety Committee programs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 5+ years manufacturing leadership managing 100+ employees
  • 3+ years process manufacturing management
  • 2+ years food processing plant experience
  • HACCP and/or PCQI certification
  • Formal Lean and Six-Sigma training
  • OSHA certification or training
  • Experience with 3rd party audits (AIB, ISO, BRC, SQF)
