Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the job is to oversee and ensure that vaccine clinical research and development program(s) are planned and implemented to meet company objectives.
• Lead the global clinical research program(s) by providing high-level oversight of direction and planning, including the preparation of Clinical Development Plans and overseeing Clinical Project Teams.
• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $330,200.00 to $550,400.00, with eligibility for a bonus target of 30.0% and a share-based long-term incentive program.
