Job Summary

  • Responsible for assisting Claim Specialists, Claim Technical Managers and Regional Claim Manager with the servicing of assigned accounts in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Handle correspondence and the administrative processing of claims including claim reporting forms/emails, system file maintenance and claim status updates requested by the team.
  • Perform all duties necessary to support the overall department objective of advocating for our clients in the claim handling process.

Salary
