Prepare food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Professional training preferred
Strong line experience for Ala Carte Service
Basic knowledge of food and beverage
Ability to multi task
Read, speak and write in English
Lift and transport up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Work all Prudential Center events
Sufficient mobility for production tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
