Job Summary

  • The MAC/Decommission Project Manager's primary focus is to plan and manage facility move, add, change requests and decommission projects to maximize space efficiencies while implementing solutions in-line with client lines of business and corporate real estate goals.
  • Serves as the primary client contact for furniture and equipment moves, adds, changes daily requests and relocation/decommission projects, regularly travels to sites locally and nationally.

  • 3-5 years' experience in facility management
  • 3-5 years' experience in clinical facility management
  • 3-5 years' experience in move or decommission management
  • 3-5 years' experience in commercial furniture specification
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Proficient with Adobe, Sortly inventory management
  • Proficient with FAMIS 360 or other workorder system
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Serraview or other CAFM systems
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Microsoft Project
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Competent writing proficiencies
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
