  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and career development of direct reports, fostering continuous growth and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Focuses on redesigning engineering work delivery using autonomous agents and operationalizing agentic workflows for faster, reliable, and scalable outcomes.
