This role will partner closely with cross-functional Kidney BU leaders to design, deliver, and continuously evolve learning solutions.
Key duties include designing and managing comprehensive training programs for field teams, leading onboarding and launch readiness training, and developing content that drives confident articulation of disease state and therapeutic rationale.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including 3+ years in commercial training or L&D roles.

Salary
Base: $157,000 - $235,600; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)
