Job Summary

  • Provide client service support to the Account Management teams’ ostomy clients and collect medical documentation to set up new ostomy clients.
  • Assist in providing support for the Convatec US Home Services Group (US HSG) compliance program by ensuring administrative tasks are complete and maintained in-line with company guidance and regulatory directives.
  • Work performed in an office environment, with regular requirements to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
