Job Summary
Provide client service support to the Account Management teams’ ostomy clients and collect medical documentation to set up new ostomy clients.
Assist in providing support for the Convatec US Home Services Group (US HSG) compliance program by ensuring administrative tasks are complete and maintained in-line with company guidance and regulatory directives.
Work performed in an office environment, with regular requirements to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.
