Job Summary

• As a Senior Engineering Manager you’ll be at the forefront of our AI Powered Engineering strategy, driving technical excellence, uplifting capability, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• In partnership with your Executive Manager, and leading a team of 7 engineers, you will enable your team to support 75 delivery squads and 400+ engineers across the domain.
• The CoE’s mandate is twofold: Ensure squads have effective, scalable cloud and environment foundations and continuously embed and scale enterprise engineering practices, tooling, and capability across EBB.
