Job Summary
Ensure the correct preparation of the room for accepting bets and for playing on entertainment machines.
Coordinate game acceptance operations, collection and payment of winnings, as well as activities such as data collection, emptying and recharging entertainment machines, solving technical problems, programming monitors, correct display of informational material, supervision of compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and contracts, supervision and control of compliance with prohibitions provided for by the regulations.
Ensure the proper functioning of SELF terminals and customer satisfaction also through maintaining the decorum of the agency and providing information on the schedules related to the products, on the services and products offered, in compliance with the company directives and procedures provided.
