Must-have
Fluency in English and French
4+ years professional software development experience
Strong C# and .NET Core framework skills
Angular or similar modern front-end framework experience
Azure DevOps, AKS, or Octopus Deploy deployment tools
REST API development and HTML/CSS proficiency
Nice-to-have
Helm and YAML pipeline setup experience
SQL and NoSQL/MongoDB database knowledge
Unit testing with Cypress or Protractor

Key Requirements
