Job Summary
This position serves as the facility’s clinical subject matter expert overseeing therapy operations, personnel management, and interdisciplinary safety initiatives.
The incumbent serves on the team for the IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative) and also provides administrative leadership for Occupational Therapy (OT), Adaptive Equipment (AE), and Physical Therapy (PT) clinics.
Caswell Developmental Center provides specialized residential, programmatic, and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Three years of experience as an occupational therapist
