Job Summary
Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis of quality and technical issues reported by the commercial team and the client, ensuring appropriate containment, archiving, corrective, and curative measures are taken by the concerned function through cross-functional teams.
Perform Quality controls according to current standards concerning final control and certification, stop points, and out-of-sequence work, including critical activities (if not delegated).
Provide feedback and coaching to Operations and Support functions on quality matters and Operational Surveillance observations.
