Job Summary

  • This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating early to mid career talent, managing multiple rotational and internship programs, and developing future leaders across our enterprise.
  • Lead the Enterprise Rotational Programs management team, overseeing the Rotational Leadership Program (RLP), CORE (Career Opportunities & Rotational Experiences), and ERP Internship Programs.
  • Implement robust data collection and analysis processes to track program success metrics and produce regular reports demonstrating program impact, including financial savings and talent pipeline strength.
