Job Summary
This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating early to mid career talent, managing multiple rotational and internship programs, and developing future leaders across our enterprise.
Lead the Enterprise Rotational Programs management team, overseeing the Rotational Leadership Program (RLP), CORE (Career Opportunities & Rotational Experiences), and ERP Internship Programs.
Implement robust data collection and analysis processes to track program success metrics and produce regular reports demonstrating program impact, including financial savings and talent pipeline strength.
