This role is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of electrical hardware designers, providing technical direction, and ensuring team productivity.
The engineer will lead embedded designs for advanced module architectures, including new IC design/development, and oversee electrical schematic, PCB layout, high-current design, EMI/EMC robustness, thermal design, and packaging.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required
Minimum 10+ years working experience in automotive hardware electronics design
Experience in design & analysis tools like Mentor Graphics
In-depth knowledge of microprocessor controllers, mixed-signal design
In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering process (FMEA, Preliminary Hazard Analyses)
In-depth knowledge of verification and validation processes
