Job Summary

  • The Director of Talent Management is responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that drive organizational performance, develop leadership capability, and ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • This role is critical in driving successful outcomes in succession planning, performance management, and Learning & Development (L&D) to align Oscar's people strategy with business goals and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and internal mobility.
  • You will report into the VP, Talent and are eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
