Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • NBIS Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) in PA
  • PA qualified as a CBSI Team Leader
  • BSCE or related discipline preferred
  • EIT and plan to obtain PE preferred
  • Fracture Critical Inspection / Scour Evaluation training a plus
  • SPRAT certification a plus
  • Experience preparing reports for inspections
  • Familiarity with PennDOT Publications
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
