Job Summary
Works closely with the Operations Manager and Event Coordinators to develop time lines, schedules and action plans for event set-up and services.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of service to all clients and events, and assists in resolving client’s questions and concerns.
Expected to resolve employee conflicts by reference to general work instructions, Union contract and ASM Global’s’s policies and procedures.
