Job Summary

  • Works closely with the Operations Manager and Event Coordinators to develop time lines, schedules and action plans for event set-up and services.
  • Responsible for delivering the highest level of service to all clients and events, and assists in resolving client’s questions and concerns.
  • Expected to resolve employee conflicts by reference to general work instructions, Union contract and ASM Global’s’s policies and procedures.
