  • The incumbent’s responsibilities include planning, scheduling and supervising daily operational activities relating to administration, guarding, access control, logistics, surveillance, investigations and operational response handling.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Diploma in Security Management or equivalent
  • 5 years' supervisory experience in mining/gold plant/precious metals
  • Proven personal safety record
  • Sound interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
  • Effective communicator with sound spoken and written English
  • Proven track record of applying initiative, being a self-starter and work independently
  • Medical fitness for the position and environment
