The Assistant Chief Engineer supervises and directs operating engineers in installation, repair, and maintenance of all base building and critical system machinery and equipment.
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and performing preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, emergency backup systems and hot water systems.
