Job Summary

  • Provides management assistance in a company-owned Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) location or locations, developing quality personnel and setting high performance standards.
  • Assumes responsibility for inventory protection, asset management, operational issues, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the site, fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Works closely with company and customer management to develop strategies, sources all parts needs, and ensures performance against service level goals per IBS customer agreements.
