Job Summary
The M&E Facilities Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems within a facility to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient building operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, LT panels, MCC panels, UPS, and DG sets, as well as conducting routine inspections and ensuring fire & life safety systems are functional.
