Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology and/or Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Seven (7) years of combined experience in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Operations with emphasis on technology and systems
  • Proficiency in TM systems such as SAP TM, Oracle TM and similar systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Ability to navigate and manage complex, matrixed environments
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and management skills
