This role ensures seamless executive support, drives consistency in how Product leadership is enabled, and operationalizes the Product Alignment Model to strengthen collaboration, clarity, and efficiency across global Product teams.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support to the Product COO, managing global EA leadership and oversight, and establishing clear operating rhythms and standards for executive support.

Base: $78,400 - $130,600; Bonus/Equity: Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”); Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) Savings Plan, etc.
