Job Summary

  • The Design Engineering Manager owns and continuously improves the engineering execution system that enables efficient, high-quality delivery of sustaining, engineering change, production scale-up and product development work.
  • This role provides global multisite management of engineering work streams, CAD and PDM administration, configuration and master data governance, and design engineering oversight, ensuring engineering execution flows predictably from request through release.
  • Success is measured by throughput, data integrity, and team effectiveness.
