Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the vendor management process, including contract management, while ensuring compliance with AIA’s internal policies, Malaysian regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • The role supports strategic vendor engagements, working closely with the Procurement team on contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and driving operational excellence across AIA Information Technology.
  • It also plays a critical role in enabling AIA’s technology resource outsourcing strategy, leading enhancements in vendor management processes and driving cost optimization initiatives.
