The successful applicant will hold full P&L responsibility, lead a team of Sales Executives, and drive new business development to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6 years senior commercial leadership experience
3-4 years people management experience
Deep understanding of Mozambique healthcare funding
Established Ministry of Health relationships
Public and private sector sales strategy execution
Full P&L responsibility and financial forecasting
Nice-to-have
Experience in IVD or Molecular Diagnostics markets
Strong business planning and project management skills
Background in finance or commercial analytics
Ability to influence matrix and virtual teams
Understanding of reimbursement challenges and pricing dynamics
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years in senior commercial or country leadership role
At least 3-4 years proven people management experience
University degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or related field
Proven track record in sales strategy development and revenue growth
Demonstrated experience engaging Ministry of Health and regulatory bodies
