Job Summary

• The PMO & Master Planning Specialist is responsible for governance, integration, and performance of the site engineering and facilities project portfolio, providing strategic oversight of capital planning, project prioritisation, initiation and execution.
• Leads the development, governance, and ongoing maintenance of the Site Master Plan, integrating site requirements into a rolling multi-year strategic capital plan aligned with business growth, capacity, and compliance needs.
• Facilitates site resource loading and capacity analysis to balance project demand against available engineering and site resources, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership on sequencing, trade-offs, and constraints.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in engineering, facilities, or capital project environments
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience directing teams, programs, portfolios, or resource allocation
• Formal project management qualification (PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is an advantage
• Experience supporting a 24-hour manufacturing site
