Base: $58,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k)
