Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility needs.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding patient confidentiality, infection control, and immediate reporting of any changes in resident condition or safety incidents.
