Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to Charge Nurses, and ensure sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants for every shift.
This role involves participating in the development of written care plans, conducting daily rounds to evaluate resident status, and assisting in the preparation for government agency inspections.
