Lexington Pa is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide routine nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum education of 10th grade and possess a valid nursing assistant certification, with an emphasis on compassion and attention to detail in caregiving

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and maintaining resident hygiene by changing wet or soiled clothing and linens.
  • The role requires adherence to established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and reporting occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals.
