Workday is seeking a Sales Analytics and Commission Analyst to join its Sales Finance team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue and variable compensation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • Assist with the quarterly variable compensation process, from calculating payments to providing reports for management review and approval.
  • Timely investigate and resolve commission and bonus-related inquiries from compensation plan participants, including system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculations, among others.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the CX Design team, Business Finance teams, and other cross functional teams as needed.
