The Director Pathology serves as the lead for Translational Medicine Safety, shaping the strategy for nonclinical safety assessments across AskBio's pipeline.
This role requires acting as the Principal Investigator for pathology components of both non-GLP and GLP-compliant studies to ensure high-quality toxicology assessments.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for regulatory submissions including IND, CTA, NDA, and briefing books while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Must-have
Board certification in Veterinary Pathology DACVP or ECVP
DVM with 6+ years post-graduate experience
Expert knowledge in nonclinical safety assessment
Experience with LIMS and digital pathology platforms
Ability to act as Principal Investigator for GLP studies

Knowledge in gene therapy therapeutics
Experience responding to FDA and EMA regulatory questions
Strong project management skills for multiple priorities

Key Requirements
