Job Summary
Provides direct observation of patients requiring constant attendance to ensure maximum protection of both patients and staff.
Performs regular checks of the patient environment to maintain safety and observes patient for behaviors, including 1:1 supervision or camera monitoring.
Assists with activities of daily living, unit/room orientation, and reinforces information given to patients as directed by the unit RN.
